Your new role
Create conceptual and detailed civil designs using 12D Model and AutoCAD
Prepare design documentation in line with project timelines and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (e.g. surveyors, hydraulic engineers)
Conduct site inspections and incorporate findings into your designs
Contribute to feasibility studies, design reports, and cost estimates
Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, codes, and Australian Standards
Monitor construction works where required to ensure design intent is maintained
Support the team to deliver work to schedule, quality, and budget expectations
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum five years' demonstrated design/drafting experience, ideally in civil consulting
An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Solid knowledge of design software including 12D Model and AutoCAD
Knowledge of local and statutory requirements, legislation, and Australian Standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
