Job Title: Therapy Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our team as a Permanent Part-Time Therapy Assistant.
This role involves providing mobility and exercise programs to residents under the direction of the physiotherapist, as well as participating in the organisation and planning of therapy programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering therapy-based activity programs, completing accurate documentation, and accompanying resident groups on outings.

Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or higher/equivalent
* A Certificate IV in Allied Health equivalent/higher or experience (desirable but not essential)
* Experience in a similar role preferred (Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physiotherapist Assistant)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff to deliver quality lifestyle and therapy activities
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Have empathy with the elderly
* Have full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance
