About the Position:
A seasoned professional will oversee a diverse commercial portfolio, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and provide customized insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
* Offer strategic risk guidance and place a wide range of insurance programs
* Maintain strong relationships with markets and insurers
* Provide mentorship to junior team members
* Negotiate renewals and new business with a solutions-focused approach
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Requirements:
* 5+ years proven experience in a similar Insurance Broker or Commercial Portfolio Manager role
* Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance lines
* The ability to work independently on complex & challenging policies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification essential
* A proactive and client-centric approach to account management
