* Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues.
* Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelines to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
* Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management processes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
* Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training to stay informed about products and services offered.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Experience working within retail sales and demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Highly developed and proven customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
* Organized and time-efficient with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
* Full-time availability including weekends and public holidays, as well as flexibility to work across peak season periods.
