As the Consultant, Delivery Lead 'Know Your Colleague' program, 12 month fixed term contract, you will be part of People & Culture team, that is doubling down on customer obsession.
Responsibilities
* Translate business needs, regulatory obligations, and risk requirements into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for delivery across the Know Your Colleague (KYC) program.
* Partner with the Program Manager, Delivery Leads, Risk, P&C, Technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit‐for‐purpose, compliant, traceable, and aligned to NAB frameworks, policies, and ways of working.
* Ensure the scope, processes, data, controls, and business outcomes are clearly defined, documented, validated, and delivered.
* Support solution design review to ensure alignment to agreed requirements and maintain requirements registers, change logs, and traceability matrices.
* Support testing activities such as user acceptance test (UAT) as well as requirements validation and defect triage.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar Business Analyst and/or Delivery role with business unit delivering programs of work that require in-depth knowledge and expertise in a Risk Management and/or Compliance.
* Proven experience in supporting the delivery of large‐scale programs or regulatory initiatives within a large complex organisation in regulated environments.
* Exceptional experience working within Risk, Compliance, and/ or control‐heavy environments.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in translating regulatory or policy requirements into business and functional requirements.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of enterprise delivery frameworks and governance and risk management processes.
* Experience working with HR, identity, or people‐related data sets.
* Strong business analysis skills including experience with process mapping and business process re‐engineering.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills coupled with sound analytical and problem‐solving capabilities.
* Proven high attention to detail and documentation quality coupled with a continuous improvement mindset.
