As a Paid and Earned Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's trade marketing strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute paid media campaigns and earned PR initiatives that drive business growth and enhance visibility. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage an annual paid and earned media calendar aligned with business priorities • Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, commercial influence, and thought leadership • Develop business cases for key placements and PR initiatives, articulating objectives, audience fit, investment, and ROI • Negotiate paid media placements and contracts across key digital and social trade environments • Ensure value delivery and strategic alignment from all paid publisher partnerships • Plan, brief, book, and optimize paid campaigns across trade publishers and social platforms • Brief creative to an in-house agency and manage production timelines across digital formats • Deliver campaigns end-to-end – on time, on brand, and on budget • Track performance and deliver post-campaign reporting using clear media KPIs (CTR, CPC, engagement, reach, etc.) • Partner with Corporate Affairs to identify and deliver earned PR opportunities • Build strong relationships with trade editorial teams and pitch stories that support marketing objectives • Secure high-impact editorial placements and track outcomes through media monitoring and sentiment analysis • Lead collaboration across internal stakeholders • Build and maintain deep relationships with key trade publication teams – both commercial and editorial • Represent the company externally with clarity, professionalism, and strategic intent Requirements:
