You will deliver high quality pharmaceutical care to clients, provide expert clinical advice and contribute to medication safety and quality improvements.
About the role
You'll be responsible for:
* Coordinating and providing a safe clinical pharmacy service in ASCC and the Police Watch House.
* Assisting the Senior Pharmacist at PHC CAR to manage contracts
* Participate in the development of guidelines related to Custodial Health Medicines Management
* Working within a multidisciplinary team to assist with safe drug distribution and maintenance of accurate records
* Leading quality improvement initiatives
About You
You'll bring:
* A recognised degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
* Sound clinical pharmacy knowledge and current practice skills.
* Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
* The ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultures and to travel within the NT as required.
