We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join our Queensland Masterplanned Communities team, working across our Brisbane Head Office and the Shoreline site office in Redland Bay.
Shoreline is a premium coastal community of over 3,000 lots, with a vibrant foreshore, future town centre and district sports park, offering stunning views over Moreton Bay to Stradbroke Island. This is a great time to join as the project progresses through major planning, design, public realm and land subdivision milestones.
We're Looking For

Manage the development lifecycle, including planning, design, approvals, land subdivision, civil works and public realm delivery.
Drive project performance by managing budgets, cash flow, feasibilities and reporting, while identifying opportunities to optimise returns.
Work closely with internal teams (Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project Management and Stakeholder Relations) and external consultants, contractors, authorities and builder partners.
Champion great customer outcomes, design quality and sustainability across the project.
About You
You're an experienced development professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys being close to the project on site, and takes pride in seeing a coastal community come to life.
