Executive Culinary Leader Sought
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Leader to join our team. As the head of back-of-house operations, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen activities, managing inventory, developing new menu items, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.

* Manage kitchen inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing culinary teams.
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless dining experiences.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or in a senior leadership role within a commercial kitchen environment.
* Proven track record of successful kitchen operations, including menu development, inventory management, and team leadership.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
