Insurance Broking Roles - Assistant Broker | Account Executive
Oracle Group Insurance Brokers (WA) are taking applications for Assistant Account Executive and Account Executive roles in our Balcatta office.
We are expanding our team and offer a unique opportunity for you to learn and grow while supporting your professional growth and career development as an insurance broker. We will consider both administrative and experienced part time and full time applications. Key Responsibilities
You will be supporting an Account Manager on a vast portfolio consisting of SME and mid-sized commercial accounts. Your main role will include;
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
* Provide high level customer service
* Gathering relevant information to work on quotations/renewals/endorsements
* Researching suitable solutions for policy placements
* Negotiating with insurers
* Maintain debtors, funding enquiries
* Lodging and servicing claims
* Processing and administrative tasks
* Staying up to date with industry regulations, products and market trends.
Key Attributes
* Previous experience within insurance and finance industry or administration is highly regarded
* Tier 2 qualified or higher is desirable but not essential
* Experience using broking systems such as WinBeat, Microsoft suites
* Career driven and eager to learn, challenge orientated
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
