Job Description Role and Responsibilities
- Collecting, analysing and reviewing existing programs in Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Contract administration and Communications programs both external and internal
- Developing variations to programs and introducing new programs for the benefit of the organization, initially in Energy savings
- Managing and responding to enquiries, resolving problems concerning the introduction of recent or updated programs and staff affected
- Preparation and management of paperwork associated with programs and services currently provided and a plan for the introduction of Energy Savings program
- Liaising with department managers, training organisations, professionals, owners and staff to ensure that goals are met with the introduction of new programs
- Provision of advice to senior management on issues requiring attention and implementing decisions
- Co-ordinating all elements of the programs and overseeing of work by staff implementing changes to programs
- Preparing and reviewing reports concerning the updating and introduction of changes to organisation's programs and on the effectiveness of the programs
- Investigating the effectiveness of existing office accommodation and providing report to senior management
Pay: $74,000.00 per year
