Join the dynamic Operations and Housing Support Branch, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the planning network through the delivery of core initiatives and projects. Our branch enables front-line service staff to excel by providing strategic advice, capacity building, and continuous improvement activities.
**About the Role**
As an APS5 Operations Officer, you'll undertake moderately complex to complex work with accountability under limited supervision. Guided by legislation, policies, and precedents, you'll provide invaluable support to our team. This role involves considerable contact with internal and external stakeholders, where you'll offer advice and resolve inquiries.
- Provide Home and Living secretariat support for all Home and Living decisions.
- Support Agency teams with Home and Living inquiries.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Manage, interpret, and analyse data to inform strategic and operational planning.
- Contribute to achieving key performance indicators and planning targets.
- Monitor and action correspondence, assigning and actioning internal work items.
- Coach, mentor, and support staff on technical, operational, and administrative activities.
