Disability Support Worker
This role involves providing support and care to individuals with disabilities in a casual or subcontractor position. We strive to deliver high-quality, tailored support that empowers people to live independently and promotes their connection and value.
* Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to clients with varying levels of disability
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
Develop and implement personalized plans to promote client independence and well-being
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check (current)
Current Australian Driving license with own registered vehicle
Minimum Certificate III or IV in Disability, Home & Community Care or Individual Support (or equivalent)
First aid and CPR certification
TFN or ABN number
Full working rights in Australia
NDIS worker's screening check
Photo ID - Drivers license or passport
