HR Partners is seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join the global Talent function of a major, market-leading financial services organisation. With a history of sustained success and operations across over 30 international markets, our client is known for its dynamic culture and commitment to innovation.

This role sits within a key corporate group that manages the organisation's core finance, strategy, people, and engagement functions. The group's strategy is focused on strengthening foundational processes and enabling scalable growth, driven by up-to-date technology and efficient operations.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to take ownership of critical talent and performance management practices across diverse divisions, including Finance & Tax, Corporate Affairs, Data & Technology, and People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and deliver the end-to-end annual performance and talent cycle, from planning through to execution and review.
- Collaborate globally to execute talent initiatives, creating impact for stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
- Identify and drive efficiency improvements by streamlining and automating OD and talent management processes.
- Provide expertise and contribute to broader organisational development initiatives, including DEI, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Compile, analyse, and interpret data to translate insights into actionable recommendations for talent management and OD strategy.

Essential Applicant Requirements

- Demonstrated experience driving organisational development initiatives, including performance, talent, DEI, and employee engagement.
- Proven experience in project and change management within the organisational development or HR field.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead effective discussions relating to talent management with senior stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
