Join our Sydney Depot based in Erskine Park as a Despatch Planner and play a critical role in our operations. Our operations manager is looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success. This is a Friday to Monday or Saturday to Tuesday role 6am to 6pm. What You'll Do: Planning transport requirements to ensure customer timelines are met Management of dock and equipment requirements daily Inbound / outbound processes adhered to Interaction and direction of warehouse labour resources to meet despatch requirements Problem-Solving Mindset - Quick thinking and effective decision-making Resilience & Adaptability - Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure Excellent Communication - Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) - Transport experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right candidate Compliance & Safety - Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met Load Planning & Scheduling - Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance We welcome candidates from high-intensity industries like logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and retail—even if you haven't worked in transport before.
