At Team Global Express, we're transforming the future of parcels and we're looking for a commercially astute leader to help drive the journey. As our Commercial Manager – Priority & Regional, you'll play a pivotal role partnering with senior operational leaders across a fast-paced, multi‐site network. This is more than a finance role. It's a strategic business partnership where your insights directly influence operational performance, cost optimisation, and commercial outcomes across one of Australia's most complex logistics networks.
What You'll Do
* Partner with operational leaders across Priority Metro and Regional networks to drive performance and commercial outcomes.
* Deliver deep financial and operational insights across revenue, cost, productivity and service performance drivers.
* Lead forecasting, budgeting and monthly performance review processes for a large operational portfolio.
* Build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decision‐making and investment initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across labour, linehaul, handling and network costs.
* Influence decision‐making through clear reporting, insight and performance transparency.
* Support transformation initiatives, value creation programs and network optimisation strategies.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with Operations, FP&A, Pricing and Commercial teams to deliver end‐to‐end outcomes.
What You'll Bring
* CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) with strong commercial finance experience in complex environments.
* Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision‐making at executive level.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management and financial modelling.
* A deep understanding of operational cost drivers, productivity metrics and performance improvement levers.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, TM1 or ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and partner across diverse teams.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
