**Support Technician**:
Pro Medicus is looking for a Support Technician, working virtually or at Pro Medicus Headquarters in Melbourne, Australia to provide support for customers, assisting them with the range of Pro Medicus and Visage software products they are using.

As a Support Technician, you will provide support for our customers and assist them with the range of Pro Medicus and Visage software products they are using. This includes installing and configuring software, as well as troubleshooting and assisting with any customer raised queries via our Support phone lines or Ticketing system.
**The Support Technician**:

- Learns and understands the range of Pro Medicus and Visage medical software products that we have available.
- Installs, configures and troubleshoots the range of Pro Medicus and Visage products. This includes via remote access, verbally and, if required, on site.
- Logs any incidents raised in our Ticketing system and maintains up to date notes on each ticket.
- Reports any recurring problems to the Service Manager to aid product development.
- Provides our customers with excellent service.

**Experience Required**:

- Previous experience successfully troubleshooting computer related issues.
- Experience in using Windows (Linux experience highly regarded).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Hard working.
- Highly motivated.
- Team player.

**Expected Travel**: Minimal.
**Employment Type and Location**: Full-time, virtually or at Pro Medicus headquarters based in Melbourne, Australia.
