Key Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years leading large-scale organisational change initiatives
* Proven track record of delivering transformational change in partnership with senior leadership
* Expertise in creating and executing change management plans that foster engagement and long-term adoption
* Experience in enterprise-wide communication strategy and execution
* Strong background in driving cultural and behavioural change
Qualifications:
* Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
* Agile and Human-Centred Design credentials are highly regarded
Desirable Experience:
* (For one of the two positions) Familiarity with end-user compute projects including M365, device migration, and printing
