As an IT Support Technician you'll be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.

**What's the Role**:
You are the first point of contact for end users, assisting with troubleshooting, system access, and service requests. You will work closely with specialist IT technicians and system analysts to investigate, triage, and escalate issues where necessary, ensuring timely resolutions and seamless operations.
You are detail-oriented and proactive, managing service requests, access permissions, and software license allocations while keeping systems documentation up to date. Your strong communication skills and customer-first approach will help you provide clear guidance and technical support to users across the business.
You are eager to grow and contribute, assisting with software asset management, license renewals, and general IT administration. You will also play a key role in QA and testing processes, ensuring the quality and efficiency of system changes.
**Key Technical Criteria**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technology, or related field is essential, however if you have a diploma/certificate is also acceptable
- Basic IT work experience is advantageous
**This role is based in Newcastle and Brisbane.**
