* Main Responsibilities:
* Representing management in resolving any guest-related situation, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are maintained.
* Leading teams to maintain Guest Services and Front Desk Goals, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Sourcing, developing, and retaining talent by identifying developmental needs and coaching or mentoring others.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in daily hotel operations, with a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and driver's license (manual preferred).
* Hospitality experience is essential, along with excellent people skills, leadership experience, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
