Join a fast-growing Australian leader in Off-grid and Hybrid power systems
MyEnergy Engineering is a family-owned Australian business established in 2010, specialising in the design, installation and distribution of advanced off-grid power systems, batteries and renewable energy infrastructure/components across regional Australia.
Over more than a decade of operation, we've built a strong reputation for technical excellence while fostering a business culture centred on teamwork, integrity, respect, and the ongoing development of every team member.
With the opening of our Bendigo warehouse and operations hub, we're seeking a proactive and highly organised Warehouse / Workshop Administrator to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and play a key role in the growth of our business in Victoria.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
This is an autonomous, hands-on role with strong support from our established head office team in Lonsdale, SA — and a clear pathway to becoming a dedicated warehouse management position as the site scales over the next 6–12 months.
About the Role
Initially combining warehouse coordination with site administration, you will be the central point of control for product flow, organisation and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Receiving, checking and booking in stock deliveries.
* Managing warehouse layout, storage and stock organisation.
* Picking, packing and dispatching orders to trade customers and project teams.
* Coordinating freight and courier movements.
* Maintaining inventory records and basic stock control.
* Supporting site operations with general administration (POs, documentation, scheduling support, communications).
* Liaising with head office for purchasing, accounts and logistics.
As additional staff join the Bendigo site, the role will naturally evolve to focus primarily on warehouse management and logistics coordination.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are practical, organised and enjoy running an operation efficiently.
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Experience in warehouse, logistics, workshop coordination or operations administration.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership.
* Good computer skills (inventory and job systems, spreadsheets, email, admin systems).
* A proactive "see it – fix it – improve it" mindset.
* Forklift licence (preferred but not essential – training can be provided).
Experience in electrical, construction, renewable energy or trade environments will be highly regarded.
What's On Offer
* $70,000 – $80,000 + super, based on experience and capability.
* Secure full-time role in a growing renewable energy business.
* High-autonomy position with strong operational support.
* Opportunity to shape a new facility and progress into warehouse leadership.
* Long-term career development as the Victorian operation expands.
* A supportive, family-owned business culture focused on teamwork and growth.
If you're looking for a role where you can take responsibility and grow with a business that genuinely invests in its people — we'd love to hear from you
