* Providing personal, social and emotional care and support to residents, maintaining their dignity and privacy.
* Assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, ensuring the comfort and safety of each resident.
* Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
* Supporting residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the necessary food and assisting them during meals.
* Keeping accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
* Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
* Skillful at teamwork and collaboration.
* Effective communication abilities.
