Parts Coordinator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Parts Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supplying quality parts to external customers and internal stakeholders.
* Identifying, interpreting, and sourcing parts to meet customer needs will also be an essential part of this role.
* The ideal candidate will process invoices, raise purchase orders, and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
* Achieving or exceeding sales targets by identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with existing customers is key to success in this position.
* Maintaining accurate records in our ERP system and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency will be expected.
To excel in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of mechanical and parts concepts as well as strong computer skills.
* You will also need to possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* A Forklift license is desirable but not required.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and earthmoving equipment is considered an advantage.
