We are looking for a proactive, hands-on cellar hand to join the team at Stone Bridge Wines. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday on the Operations team, based at our winery in the Clare Valley.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of hygiene of all vessels and cellar equipment while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Work will be provided by cellar notes and you will have autonomy to schedule tasks appropriately through the day.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete daily cellar operations including transfers, racking and additions
- Maintain cellar hygiene standards
- Blending and filtration as directed by the winemaker
- Crushing, pressing and fermentation
- Basic laboratory processes (advantageous but not essential)
- Barrel stacking, cleaning and maintenance
- Assist with the training of new employees
- Forklift driving
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Maintaining production records
- Other matters as directed from time to time
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures
Applicants must have a current high risk forklift license. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Working closely with our existing staff, and reporting to the winemaker, this is a hands-on role, involving extended hours over the vintage period, including weekends.
