What's the role?
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork while supporting our service team with essential admin tasks.
We'll set you up for success with comprehensive training – both in person and via Teams.
Your day will include:
* Showcasing your top-notch customer service skills
* Handling general admin tasks for the Branch Manager and Service Department
* Processing invoices, collating timesheets, and assisting with payroll
* Coordinating travel arrangements for staff
* Keeping compliance and safety systems on track
* Supporting HSE tasks like safety meetings and reporting
* Assisting with job card invoicing and modifications when needed
What will make you stand out?
* A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid computer know-how
* Industry experience in construction equipment, trucks, or automotive (a bonus)
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask like a pro
* A current driver's licence is preferred
