We're looking for an Influencer Coordinator to support the execution of our global partnerships and gifting programs.
This role sits within the PR & Partnerships team and plays a key part in bringing influencer campaigns to life — from identifying and researching creators and other influential voices, to coordinating product gifting and helping ensure partnerships run smoothly across markets.
Working closely with our PR & Partnerships Manager, you'll help build relationships with creators and talent managers while staying closely connected to social media culture, emerging influencers and new ways to collaborate with creators.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organised, detail‐oriented and excited to build their experience in influencer marketing. You follow digital culture closely, love learning about the creator economy and are motivated to develop strong skills working in marketing.
What You'll Do:
* Support the execution of global influencer campaigns across priority markets, assisting with creator research, outreach and partnership coordination.
* Coordinate influencer partnerships — including briefing documents, timelines, product gifting and tracking deliverables.
* Coordinate the day‐to‐day operations of Archies' global creator gifting initiatives, ensuring products are distributed to relevant creators across priority markets.
* Maintain and develop the global influencer and creator database, identifying emerging creators aligned with the brand.
* Communicate with influencers, talent managers and agencies to support partnerships and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
* Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics and eCommerce to organise product allocations and campaign support.
* Monitor influencer campaign performance and assist with reporting on reach, engagement and content outcomes.
* Stay across emerging creators, social media trends and cultural moments to identify new partnership opportunities for the brand.
What You'll Bring:
* Ideally 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media or a related marketing role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and the creator ecosystem.
* Ability to assess brand alignment and identify creators whose content, audience and values align with the brand.
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Confidence communicating with influencers, talent managers and agencies in a professional and brand‐aligned way.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders in a founder‐led fast‐paced environment.
* Comfortable working with campaign performance metrics and assisting with reporting and analysis
* Strong awareness of digital culture, emerging creators and platform trends.
* An ambitious mindset with a desire to learn, grow and develop a long‐term career in marketing.
