Davidson Technology have teamed up with a Victorian government entity to help them find their newest team member : A user access and request management specialist
Based in Geelong, this role will offer hybrid working set-up with three days a week in the office.
Contact running through till December of ****, extensions to be discussed closer to end date.
The experience needed :
Strong understanding of Request Management and User Access Control including scalability of catalogue items to support complex on boarding within a large organisation
Knowledge on available standards, methods, tools, applications and processes to make appropriate across Knowledge and Request Management
Develops and implements knowledge management processes and behaviours.
Develops standards and procedures to support content publishing across one or more platforms / channels.
Provides guidance on the application and operation of elementary, procedural and technical security controls.
Experience in managing a complex plan of work and the ability to prioritise work, negotiate and influence stakeholders
Provides definitive and expert advice in their specialist area
Strong capability in developing, maintaining and maturing knowledge and requests policies and procedures
