The Role:
As the face of a premium property portfolio, you'll play a key role within a POD team structure, reporting to a Senior Property Manager. This fast-paced role offers variety, autonomy, and excellent support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling rental enquiries via phone and email
* Conducting open homes and private inspections
* Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
* Managing your diary and weekly schedule
* Coordinating property marketing and advertising campaigns
* Preparing lease documentation and facilitating sign-ups
* Providing administrative support as required
About You:
* Previous leasing experience in real estate (preferred)
* Current Certificate of Registration and Driver's Licence
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
