The Role:
As the face of a premium property portfolio, you'll play a key role within a POD team structure, reporting to a Senior Property Manager. This fast-paced role offers variety, autonomy, and excellent support. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling rental enquiries via phone and email
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
Managing your diary and weekly schedule
Coordinating property marketing and advertising campaigns
Preparing lease documentation and facilitating sign-ups
Providing administrative support as required
About You:
Previous leasing experience in real estate (preferred)
Current Certificate of Registration and Driver's Licence
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act ****
