The Role:
As the face of a premium property portfolio, you’ll play a key role within a POD team structure, reporting to a Senior Property Manager. This rapid-paced role offers variety, autonomy, and excellent support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling rental enquiries via phone and email
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Completing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Managing your diary and weekly schedule
- Coordinating property marketing and advertising campaigns
- Preparing lease documentation and facilitating sign-ups
- Providing administrative support as required
About You:
- Previous leasing experience in real estate (preferred)
- Current Certificate of Registration and Driver’s Licence
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
