Are you an organised and detail-oriented finance professional?
We are seeking anAccounts Officerto join our team and take ownership of payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
This is a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting our business growth.
Responsibilities
Process accurate and timely payroll.
Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
Manage accounts payable: invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
Assist with reporting, budgets, and audits as required.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discreet and professional, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Accounting or bookkeeping qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Proficient in accounting software Microkeeper (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of relevant legislation (Fair Work, tax, superannuation) is desirable.
