As a member of the anaesthetics team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the effective management of the department. The team is comprised of 11 specialists who work together to provide services to regional hospitals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the Director of Anaesthetics in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and organisational leadership within the team. This includes working closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing specialist anaesthetics services to patients
* Supporting the Director of Anaesthetics in departmental planning and decision-making
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
* FANZCA or equivalent specialist qualifications
Location
The Fraser Coast offers a diverse range of natural landscapes, a relaxed lifestyle, and a mild climate. It's approximately a 45-minute flight north of Brisbane and close to World Heritage-listed Fraser Island.
