Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional childcare services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with excellent leadership and management skills.
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to mentor and support educators to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures.
* Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.
About You
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* A current Working with Children's Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.
