About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. This role involves ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship.
The primary purpose of this role is to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with a range of people.
This role reports to the Centre Manager and works within our large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
2. Acknowledging timely and accurate quotes that meet average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
3. Creating quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
4. Processing vehicles by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
6. Coordinating suppliers to record additional work and authorize it in a timely manner.
7. Assisting with production management of the centre where required.
8. Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
9. Handing over completed repairs to customers.
About You
1. You should have proven experience within a similar position, including experience in preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
2. Proven experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable.
3. Ibody experience is not necessary but desirable.
4. You must have excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
5. You must be highly professional and personable.
6. You should have strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
7. Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary.
8. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. You should be able to meet strict deadlines.
10. You should be able to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
11. You must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
12. You must have a strong commitment to working safely.
13. You must have high attention to detail.
