WREN – Women's Recovery Network (Ramsay Albert Road Clinic)Ngamai Wilam – Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Centre (Armadale)

These newly developed servicesuse the Open Dialogue approach, emphasisingcollaborative, person-centred carethat empowers individuals and their support networks. WREN and Ngamai Wilam areleading the way in trauma-informed, recovery-focused mental health care, offering a unique opportunity for clinicians to be part of something truly transformative.

About the Role

As an Access and Intake Clinician, you will play a key role in ensuring individualsaccess the right support at the right timewithin our innovative statewide mental health programs. You will:

* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric triage assessments and manage referrals.
* Facilitate access to WREN Inpatient Unit, WREN HiTH, and Ngamai Wilam bed-based services.
* Work autonomously within a small team, supported by your manager and the broader multidisciplinary team.
* Collaborate with Nurse Managers, Access & Bed Coordinators, medical staff, and external partners to optimise patient flow.
* Contribute to the development of new models of care, including the integration of Open Dialogue principles.

This is ahigh-impact, autonomous role, perfect for an experienced mental health nurse who is passionate aboutrecovery-oriented care and shaping the future of mental health triage in Victoria.

About You

* Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with tertiary qualifications in mental health nursing (postgraduate diploma equivalent minimum).
* Minimum of five years' postgraduate experience, ideally in public acute psychiatry, triage, or community mental health.
* Strong clinical skills in risk assessment, mental state examination, and crisis intervention.
* A confident and collaborative professional who can work both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in CATT/Triage, inpatient, or community mental health settings (highly desirable).
* Interest in Open Dialogue practice and recovery-oriented approaches.
* Current driver's licence and Australian working rights.
