Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join their team. This is a full-time leadership role with ownership of the service department, offering direct impact on operations, team performance, and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
* Leading the service team, including technicians and apprentices, and mentoring for performance improvement
* Managing day-to-day service operations, workflow, and scheduling
* Preparing and issuing service quotations and ensuring works are delivered on time and on budget
* Maintaining client relationships and managing enquiries to resolution
* Overseeing preventive maintenance, reactive service, and long-term maintenance contracts
* Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations
* Ensuring compliance with OH&S, statutory, and environmental requirements
* Reporting on service performance, budgets, and key KPIs to Directors
* Driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within the service department
What we're looking for
* Proven leadership experience in the HVAC or related services industry
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
* Confident decision-maker, highly organised, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (chillers, VRF systems, package units, controls, ventilation)
* Current driver's licence with a clean record
* Commitment to fostering a safe, accountable, and collaborative team environment
