Job Description
The Director of Education and Training will lead a multi-disciplinary portfolio, managing education and training functions and/or faculties to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of educators and trainers to deliver high-quality education services
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve educational outcomes and drive innovation
* Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve regional goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A graduate qualification in Education or a related field
* Proven leadership experience in a senior management position
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong negotiation and consultative skills
