Premier’s Department Regional Support Officer - Tamworth (Targeted) You. At the centre of big ideas. Work at the heart of service delivery within the Aboriginal Affairs group, Community Partnerships branch Temporary full-time opportunity up to March 2027 based in Tamworth NSW, with the potential to extend or convert to ongoing Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($99,938 - $110,271) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading About the Role As a Regional Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role within our Aboriginal Affairs group, Community Partnerships branch, working at the heart of regional service delivery in Tamworth. You’ll be a trusted partner to the team, providing high level administrative and business support that keeps the regional office running smoothly and effectively. We're Looking For Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at building strong relationships and managing stakeholder interests, especially when working with Aboriginal communities Project Coordination & Delivery: Ability to manage and support projects through planning, resource coordination, documentation, and progress monitoring to ensure outcomes align with approved plans. Administrative & Secretariat Support: Proficient in providing high-quality secretarial services, including minute-taking, correspondence drafting, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Research & Policy Support: Skilled in conducting basic research and analysis to inform reports and contribute to policy development and decision-making. We value diverse experiences.
