Job Description
As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. Your role will involve designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, as well as collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff.
* Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-6 years.

* Monitoring and reporting on child progress and adjusting programs accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking candidates with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Senior Educator qualification) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Successful applicants will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
