Kick off a 6-month contract through to the end of May 2026, with paid training to give you the skills and confidence to help customers navigate digital services. Say goodbye to weekend work – this role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm.
The role is fully on-site, customer-facing, and supported by a friendly team of mentors and approachable leaders. You’ll be set up for success from day one.
The Gig
We’re after a customer service legend to join a busy service centre in Tuncurry. You’ll be helping customers, solving problems, and guiding them through digital services. Every day’s different, but the goal’s the same: deliver great service with heart.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in an office or customer-facing setting
- Intermediate computer skills – typing, email etiquette, Microsoft Office (Outlook & Teams)
- Quick learner, tech-savvy, adaptable
- Government experience a bonus, but not essential
