Responsibilities
* Provide support for network and infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
* Carry out small infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior team members.
* Participate in planning activities for large infrastructure projects.
* Document critical infrastructure and network components.
* Take responsibility for service requests and issues related to infrastructure or network components.
* Monitor and report on network, system administration, and backup activities.
* Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the IT Infrastructure Manager.
Requirements
* Qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
* Technical aptitude with a strong problem‑solving mindset.
* Experience working in an operational IT environment.
* Advanced computer knowledge, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
* High‑level attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to analyse situations, solve problems, and take corrective action.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Advanced communication skills – written, verbal, and advocacy.
