Esteem Support Services are looking for Casual Home and Community Care for Domestic Assistance / Meal Prep in and around the Launceston Area (Travel maybe required from time to time)
Approximately 10+ hours a week (for the right support) - potential for more hours (Community Care/Domestic) in the near future.

We are looking for dedicated, reliable and empathetic Home & Community Carers who want to make a difference by supporting participants in achieving their goals and living their best life.
The role may include and not limited to..
* Assistance with community access and recreational activities
* Personal care (showering, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance)
* Manual handling and/or the use of equipment to support mobility (wheelchairs or hoists)
* Transportation and supporting social engagement
* Domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning
Essential criteria:
* An understanding of the disability/community services sector and person-centred support along with a caring & compassionate approach.
* A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening
* The legal right to work in Australia
* Excellent communication skills
* A genuine interest in the wellbeing & inclusion of people with disabilities.
Licence/Certification:
* First Aid Certification (Preferred)
* National Police Certificate (Required)
* Driver Licence (Required)
* Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Required)
