Site Superintendent
We're looking for a skilled Site Superintendent to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across complex maintenance and operational activities. In this pivotal role, you'll champion safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the planning and execution phases, while driving continuous improvement in maintenance management.
You'll bring a strong sense of operational discipline, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trusted with clients, stakeholders, and team members alike.

Construction White Card
Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
Valid tickets: Working at Heights and Confined Space
Section 26 Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) – advantageous
Frontline Management & Cert IV in WHS – desirable
Strong knowledge of WHS regulations, incident investigation & safe work procedures
Proven leadership in mining, resources, or heavy industry
Skilled in maintenance planning, execution & team motivation
Proficient in SAP & reporting tools
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Safety, compliance & risk management expertise
