We are looking for an experienced and driven
Restaurant Manager
to join our leadership team and oversee the Front of House of our fast-paced, high-volume seafood bistro and café, Mures Lower Deck.
This key leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, leading by example, and fostering a high-performing team culture to help us continue to elevate the Lower Deck's reputation for outstanding service.

maintain full-service oversight, assessing and responding appropriately in real time to any issues, opportunities or changes.
As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:
Mentoring and managing a team of Duty Managers to uphold excellence on every shift.
Training and development of the FOH staff,
Embedding all required SOPs and agreed actions,
Stock ordering and management of all beverage and Café products
Delivering beverage costs to budget,
Rostering and delivering labour costs to budget,
This role provides the opportunity to play a critical part in shaping the future of Mures Lower Deck, contributing to its continued success and operational excellence and working closely with the General Manager on new and exciting initiatives.
