About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, follow established recipes, and maintain consistency during service. You will support the kitchen team with prep, cooking, and maintaining food quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
* Assist with prep work, portioning, and service
* Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the shift
* Work efficiently during busy periods
* Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow
* Follow kitchen procedures and maintain stock rotation
What We're Looking For
* Previous commercial kitchen experience
* Ability to work independently and follow recipes
* Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
* Robust understanding of food safety and hygiene
* Available for weekends and peak service times
* Team player with a positive attitude
