The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, system integration, and data migration strategies. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive SAP solutions aligned with business goals and retail industry standards.
This role is critical for helping retail businesses leverage SAP solutions to enhance customer experience, optimize supply chains, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Development: Develop comprehensive SAP solutions aligned with business goals and retail industry standards.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
3. Solution Implementation: Lead SAP solution implementations, ensuring they meet timelines and quality standards, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Integration Management: Design and oversee integrations between SAP and other systems like POS, e-commerce, and supply chain platforms.
5. Customization and Configuration: Manage customization and configuration of relevant SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA Retail Merchandise Management, SAP Customer Activity Repository, SAP EWM, SAP TM, and SAP Ariba.
6. Tech Advancement: Stay updated on industry trends and SAP advancements, recommending improvements for continuous enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or certifications.
* Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect with a focus on retail solutions.
* Strong knowledge of SAP modules relevant to retail.
* Experience with system integration and data migration strategies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
