Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Hand located in Bendigo, VIC. The Farm Hand will assist with daily operations on the farm, which include handling and caring for livestock, operating and maintaining farm equipment, and overseeing harvesting activities. General farm duties and ensuring the upkeep of the property are also key responsibilities. This role requires physical work and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
Qualifications Experience with Livestock management, including animal care and feeding.Proficiency in operating and maintaining Farm Equipment safely and efficiently.Practical skills in Harvesting processes and techniques.Knowledge of Agriculture and farm operations.Strong understanding of general Farms management and maintenance tasks.Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.A relevant qualification in agriculture or a related field is desirable.
