We’re looking for a Service Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in being organised, accurate, and reliable.
About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key link between the workshop and customers. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities, and takes ownership of their work.

What you'll be doing
* Greeting customers and managing incoming calls and enquiries
* Booking vehicles and coordinating service schedules
* Recording accurate customer and vehicle information
* Preparing repair orders and supporting workflow efficiency
* Finalising invoices and processing payments
* Handling daily cash reconciliation
* Providing updates to customers on vehicle progress
* Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
* Supporting general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
* Strong communication and people skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Good computer and system skills
* Reliable work ethic and professional presentation
* Automotive industry experience (desirable but not essential)
