About The Role

As a Customer Experience Partner, under the guidance of an experienced Operations Leader, you will be an important pillar of technical product support to Real Estate agency clients of our Real Time Agent product — a point of sale platform that digitises and streamlines the property journey for everyone involved.

You will assist with post-onboarding support to ad-hoc escalations for bugs and integration issues. This role sits in Melbourne within an experienced and supportive team with a sociable culture and opportunities for career development and promotion across the Domain ecosystem.

Note: Working hours are 9:00–17:30, with potential flexibility to 10:30–19:00 as coverage expands.

In a Typical Day You Can Expect To

- Work closely with the sales teams to deliver post-onboarding technical support to customers with varying levels of complexity.
- Manage inbound enquiries from Real Estate clients via phone and email, including support to create listings, resolve template issues, and questions about bugs and integration issues.
- Identify process and product improvements from client feedback to align with company strategy.
- Assist with escalations and more technical queries as appropriate for experience level.
- Communicate complex issues to development and sales teams for further action.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate / Developer space.

Essential

Our Ideal Person

- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university or college.
- Flexibility to work 9:00–17:30 as well as 10:30–19:00 if required.
- Previous experience in rapid-paced customer service / tech support roles.
- A passion for delivering great customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, positive approach.
- Resilient and empathic in nature.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A high level of confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

- Exposure to working with technology and SaaS platforms; property industry knowledge.
- Phone-based customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of coding, XML, JSON or HTML.
