Job Overview
This position plays a crucial role in leading customer engagement and project coordination across the Northwest Interconnected System. You will be the primary contact for connection enquiries and applications, service delivery, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer experience through outstanding service delivery to network customers.
* Manage network application processing and process connection applications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement a customer works tracking system to monitor status of works and ensure timely updates.
* Coordinate and track customer-funded works and projects, ensuring progress visibility, customer invoicing, and correspondence.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Significant customer service experience managing retailer and large enterprise customer portfolios.
* Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage customer interactions, maintaining high standards of communication.
* Proven project management skills, including coordinating multiple project-related activities.
* Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
