As a senior sales administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our listing process. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team of sales agents who value precision and are driven by a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage listing documentation, including Form 6s and sales contracts.
* Coordinate administration tasks for agents to facilitate a seamless listing process.
* Collaborate with agents to run and monitor marketing campaigns that drive success.
* Handle solicitor correspondence for over 100 transactions annually.
* Develop and deliver listing presentations and appraisal proposals.
* Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
* Maintain and update our database to ensure accurate records.
Requirements
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior real estate administration role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
