Audit Role Overview
The Audit function is responsible for monitoring and assessing approved providers' compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards by undertaking accreditation and reaccreditation audits.
Our team gathers consumer feedback on care and services and uses this to inform audits. We manage identified risk through a Risk Assessment and Response Plan, referring issues as needed.
